Our IICRC trained, uniformed technicians will arrive in easily identifiable Supreme Clean vehicles…the “Big Red Trucks.  They are all very conscientious  and while completing your cleaning, you are their only customer.

Our Technicians are Trained and Certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration  (IICRC), with yearly reviews, classes and testing on a continuing basis.  They are  trained in upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, resealing of grout, as well as carpet cleaning and protectant application. Spot removal is a specialty, being trained to use the Water Claw.   Our employees are paid by the hour and not the job.  This assures you better service; our Technicians are not in a rush to get to the next job, or fit in as many jobs as possible.  They are not high pressure salesmen.  We schedule your job with you, the client, in mind, allowing as much time as possible to make your carpet cleaning experience a success.   Remember, the job is not done until you are satisfied.

Our office manager, Sue, will assist you in scheduling your audits or cleanings.  She is knowledgeable in many areas and is able to answer most of the questions or concerns you might have.  When you call in it takes only a matter of minutes to schedule your appointment.  She will explain our “Always Clean” Maintenance Program and our pricing structure to you.   She will schedule an appointment time with you (not just sometime in the morning or afternoon) but an exact time!  Barring any complications, our schedules run on time and if anything, we are early.

The man behind the daily operations is Ralph, the owner/operator.   He not only keeps things hopping around the office but in the field he is an intricate part of your cleaning experience.  He does most of the carpet audits, and occasionally you will find him on one of the trucks with a carpet cleaning tool in hand.   He is the back bone of the company and the most knowledgeable of us all.  When in doubt we all ask Ralph!
