What is an carpet audit? And why is it free?
A carpet audit consist of our representative explaining to you the process and procedure we use in cleaning your carpet. They will look at and measure your carpets; determine your needs, and talk with you about what your expectations are. They will explain our pricing schedule, determine the length of time needed for the job, and finally give you an exact quote.
If you are a new client (or an established client who is unsure and would like some more knowledge) and in our service area, our representative will provide you with a FREE complete carpet audit for your home that will include all of the following:
¨ You'll get a new client packet: loaded with informational sheets in a handy folder so you can easily keep track of your audit sheet and your invoices to see when you had your carpets cleaned last. I will include in each packet, guidelines from the carpet manufactures, that will help your carpets last as long as possible. A preparation sheet telling you what you need to do before we get there. A spotter guide, a consumer awareness booklet and so much more. ¨ You'll get a FREE bottle of our Spot Cleaner to keep, even if you never use my services. ¨ You'll get a FREE copy of my monthly newsletter “Healthy Home News”. It is full of nonsensical information and fun facts that have no redeeming value other than trivial knowledge, but are great fun for the whole family to digest. Each month we include updates on the company in a personal letter from Ralph. ¨ I'll cover all the concerns you have, and offer solutions. I'll check for unwanted stains, tell you if they can be removed and how. This includes pet stains and other difficult stains. ¨ I'll determine if your carpet is in good health. Yes, your carpet's health can affect you and your family's health. You track in all kinds of pollutants which get lodged in your carpet, such as car exhaust, cigarette smoke, dust, germs, pollens, and much more. ¨ After analyzing your carpet, I'll give you a complete written report of the condition of your carpet that will include a firm written quotation on what the investment will be to effectively perform the required maintenance for your household. We can tailor fit the cleaning to meet your specific needs. Once you have this information, you can make an informed, educated, and less stressful decision.
